My nutrition workshops and talks are designed to inspire and inform people in an engaging and interactive way.

 

My aim is for participants taking part to leave with new knowledge and nutrition and lifestyle tools to help make educated changes to diet and lifestyle to help improve health and wellbeing.

The themes of these talks can be general or tailored to a specific topic.
