What is Transformational Breath®?

Transformational Breath® is a gentle and simple, yet powerful breathwork technique that helps people access and open up the full potential of their breathing system. This helps support every level of health and wellbeing, both physical, mental and emotional. It teaches a pattern of conscious, connected (where there is no pause between inhale and exhale) diaphragmatic breathing that is safe, natural, easy-to-learn, and highly efficient.

The sessions additionally include, sound, movement, acupressure and positive affirmations to support the process and effectiveness of this powerful technique.

With the support of a fully trained facilitator, Transformational Breath® is taught as a powerful self help tool. 

As a facilitator, the intention is to both support during each session, as well as give each person an understanding of how they can work with their own breath on an ongoing basis, in order to create personal transformation.
