Helping Bridge The Gap
BETWEEN MENTAL & PHYSICAL HEALTH
Hello, I'm Jess
I am a BANT registered Nutritional therapist and nutritionist®, eating disorder practitioner and health coach, and my goal is to help people support their mental and physical health, so that they are able to live healthier and happier lives. I work with individuals who struggle with overwhelm and mental health concerns, disordered eating or gut problems, and want to feel energised, joyful, healthy and finally make peace with food to be free to live life to the fullest.
As you are here reading this, it is my belief that you are either wanting to improve your own mental and physical health, or have an interest in finding out about tools which can be useful for improving your health and wellbeing. Maybe you have struggled with your own health for some time and not got to the root of what is making you feel the way you feel? Perhaps you suffer from brain fog, feel constantly overwhelmed, stressed, down or anxious about what is going on in your life? Maybe this also tends to coincide with gut problems such as bloating, cramping and pain? Perhaps you have a complicated relationship with food and eating and have reached a point where you no longer want to feel controlled by food? Perhaps you even resonate with all of these things combined? Trust me - I hear you and I have been there myself and this is why I now help others.
If you feel ready to take the step towards prioritising your own health and wellbeing, then I would love to work with you.

To find out more about working with me you can schedule a call via the link below. Do also join me on Instagram to hear about nutrition and wellness news and get recipe inspiration. Wellbeing should not be hard and hopefully, whether working with me personally or joining me online - it can help you feel healthier and happier for it.
In my work I combine the latest nutrition science and nutritional psychology with functional medicine, lifestyle and coaching tools. Having trained in nutritional therapy as well as psychology - my mission now is to help bridge the gap between mental and physical health and wellbeing and help support people make positive, sustainable changes.
My approach is evidence-based, holistic, inclusive, non-judgemental and I aim to create an environment where people feel heard, supported and safe to be themselves. I am here to listen to their story to help make sense of the root cause behind symptoms and concerns. I am also here to support, educate and help with accountability - as changing one's lifestyle, nutrition and mindset sounds a lot easier on paper than it is in reality. With so much conflicting information and misinformation on what we should or shouldn't eat and how to live well, I can help make sense of what we know is true and not and teach how real food and nutrition, simple lifestyle tools and how we see the world, all affect both our physical and emotional health and wellbeing. It is my strongest belief that wellness does not have to be complicated or consist of depriving fad diets and restriction. I wholeheartedly believe that in order to feel truly well, all aspects of our lives need to be considered and aligned. With my holistic, compassionate approach, my goal is to support behaviour change and help people understand that health starts with the bigger picture.
If you feel ready to prioritise your own health and wellbeing but maybe don't know where to start - then I would love to work with you.

"Jessica has with her burning passion helped me make sense of so much that has been going on for me. The work with her has led me to be able to enjoy food again, something I have not been able to do for decades and food is no longer a form of self-medication for me when I meet challenges and difficulties. Apart from this, I have also managed to get into remission from a long-term inflammatory condition and I now have a new kind of energy. Working with Jessica has been an extremely enlightening and rewarding time and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to build a healthier relationship with food! "
