Hello, I'm Jess
I am a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist,
Nutritionist and breathwork coach.
With additional training in psychology, I have a special interest in the links between our body and mind, and my goal is to help people support their physical, mental and emotional health in order to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
We know today that our health and wellbeing, both physical, mental and emotional are impacted by how we live our lives, whether it be what we eat, how we breathe or move, the people we surround ourselves with, and even our way of thinking. As you are here reading this, it is my belief that you are either wanting to improve your own mental, physical and emotional health or have an interest in finding out about tools which may be useful for supporting your health. Through my work, whether through nutritional therapy and lifestyle support, or through Transformational Breath®, a safe and effective form of conscious connected breathwork, my goal is to help people support their overall wellbeing, and connecting on a deeper level with both themselves and the people in their lives.
